Preliminary Data Sheet u1610 Coil Driver IC Description Features The u1610, combined with an external NMOS, is used as a low loss driver for coils, relays or magnets. The integrated circuit includes a self protection of broken wires and short circuits on the input line. The chip overtemperature protection is adjusted from 80 to 150 C with an external resistor.
